Local Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced individual for the position of Local Sales Representative.
You will act as an International Business Representative for Europe, North America or UK educational organization in China.
Your Responsibility will be to develop new and improve existing relationships in the Greater China and South-East Asia for our international client.
Your tasks may include:

1) Regular travel to tier 1 and 2 cities throughout China and Asia for business meetings with partner companies.
2) Occasional overseas travel for training and staff meetings with our client in Europe, North America or UK.
3) Negotiating new partnerships and closing deals.
4) Conducting online and in person business meetings.
5) Delivering presentations and conducting staff training.
6) Attending educations fairs, conferences and workshops to network and develop new business leads
7) Providing project management and administrative support to your partners such as:
- translating and organizing client's marketing materials for Chinese partners
- assisting with admission process and visa applications for Chinese students
- following up and keeping in touch with your partners from company office
- managing client's online and offline marketing channels
- sending regular performance reports and suggesting business improvements.

The position is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 5 years of proven experience in the field of business development and sales or marketing, in the education industry with excellent verbal and written English & Mandarin proficiency skills.
Ideally someone, who has been selling summer schools or study abroad programs previously. Candidates interested in this job should also demonstrate previous experience in either studying or working abroad, preferably in English-speaking countries and having positive visa and travel history abroad is an advantage.
