Student Housing to lead real estate investments in 2017

Student Housing in 2017

"Student housing is destined to be the leader in 2017. Of the respondents considering investing, developing or lending to alternatives in 2017, 61% favour student housing and 51 percent hotels.

What is more, the interest in student housing is broadening. Where before it was seen as a viable sector mainly in the UK and perhaps Germany, this year interviewees from Portugal and Spain to CEE and the Nordics are all talking up its benefits."
